In the case of San Francisco Sourdough Starter the guarantee is this: If your starter fails to start -- for any reason -- just email me and I will send you another one.

I hate shipping charges--as a seller and as a buyer. If you don't want all the items in one of these kits that I've put together and you want to make your own custom Breadmaker Tool Kit, you can do it without paying any extra freight.
I ship most items via Priority Mail (Parcel Post for the large kits), and you'll usually have your order between three and six days after you order it. If it's going to be longer than that, I'll be sure to let you know. If you order starter alone, I'll ship it First Class Mail which takes less than a week to most places.
